Returns & Exchanges

For us it is very important that you are happy with your CLAK®,

Exchanges or returns will only be made to products purchased directly from CLAK®, through its website or stores. The reasons for making any exchange or return are:

- Due to shipping error or in the event that the product presents defects:

TERM : during the first 30 days of making the purchase.
CONDITIONS : Present receipt and unused product in its original packaging.
COST : The removal or shipment of the defective or wrong product will have no cost to the buyer.

- For non-satisfaction with the purchase:

TERM : during the first 10 days of receiving the purchase.
CONDITIONS : Present receipt and product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
COST : Pickup or shipping of the product will be the responsibility of the buyer.


To make the exchange or return process effective, you must send an email to contacto@miclak.cl specifying the reason for the exchange or return. Once this request is received, the steps to follow will be sent to your email. Subsequently, you must return the product along with the purchase receipt, through the means previously agreed with CLAK®.
