The shipment of the product purchased through this site will be made once the purchase, shipping costs and delivery address have been confirmed.

The shipment will be made via courier companies such as Alas, Chilexpress, Correo de Chile, Starken or another similar company determined by CLAK®. In the event that there is a delay on the part of these companies, CLAK® will not be responsible for such. However, it will provide all the help it can to provide a response and solution to the client.

The cost of shipping is not included in the purchase of products and its value will depend on the shipping region.

Shipments from CLAK® will be made from Monday to Friday within a maximum period of 5 (five) business days for the Metropolitan Region and 7 (seven) business days for other regions. Transit time will depend on the shipping region.
